Return Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

1.           Returns are only allowed for products that are delivered in a damaged condition.

2.          If any product was delivered in a damaged condition, you should notify LAMBKIN PTE LTD within 7 days of receiving your order and LAMBKIN PTE LTD shall either refund you the value of that product, or replace the product.

3.          If a product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, or if the wrong product is delivered, you should notify LAMBKIN PTE LTD within 7 days of receiving your order and LAMBKIN PTE LTD shall either complete the delivery or refund you the value of that product.

4.         All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within reasonable time. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@lambkin.co

5.          If you are charged more than the value of a product, you should notify LAMBKIN PTE LTD within 30 days of your order and LAMBKIN PTE LTD shall refund you the difference.

6.         If you have been charged for a Product which has not been delivered, customer should notify LAMBKIN PTE LTD within 30 days of your order. LAMBKIN PTE LTD shall proceed to arrange for a re-delivery of the product (subjected to availability) or refund you the value of the product.



EXCHANGES

1.           If you wish to make an exchange, you should notify LAMBKIN PTE LTD within 7 days of receiving your order.

2.          If the wrong product is delivered, you should notify LAMBKIN PTE LTD within 3 days of receiving your order and the correct product will be delivered.

3.          All exchanges must be returned with original tags and packaging, unwashed and unaltered. Exchanges with visible signs of use or damage will not be accepted.

4.         Exchanges are subjected to availability.

5.          Exchanges are only allowed for apparel, and only for change of size.
